Flexigen Cream USA, through www.a24742.p4334.c1.store.godaddywp.com (the “Site”) provides visual communication products and services (all such products services are referred to collectively herein as “Flexigen”).  By accessing or using the Site, you are a “user” and you accept and agree to the terms below (the “Terms of Use” or “TOU”) as a legal contract between you and Flexigen. The TOU includes and incorporates additional terms (“guidelines”) applicable to particular products or services available on the Site as set forth to users upon access to such categories or services.

“Flexigen Cream USA” is a trademark and is protected by United States and international laws.  The TOU does not authorize you to use “Flexigen Cream USA,” or any similar or related marks for any use pertaining to classified advertising, Internet advertising, social networks, online communication services or any similar or related use, or any other use that is likely to cause confusion on the part of, to cause mistake by or to deceive the public as to any affiliation, connection, association, origin, sponsorship, approval or endorsement by or with Flexigen.  Any unauthorized use of the Flexigen trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Your use of, and access to, the Site indicates your acceptance of this TOU.

1. Membership

You need not be a member of the Site to access the Site or use the content or services. However, access to some areas of the Site and some content and services may also be restricted to members only.

On becoming a member, you will be required to enter into a separate Membership Agreement, requiring, a valid email, username and password.

Comments

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:
